Strawberry Bliss Smoothie Bowl
Makes 1 serving
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 medjool dates, pitted
1 tbsp chia
handful walnuts, raw and unsalted
In a high-powered blender, add all ingredients until smoothie like. (I use a Vitamix Pro 750 series and blend for approx 1 minute on the smoothie setting).
Pour into a shallow mug or bowl and top with your favourite ingredients. I love sliced strawberries, coconut and a touch of raw pine pollen.
