Strawberry Bliss Smoothie Bowl

Makes 1 serving

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana 

  • handful strawberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 2 medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 tbsp chia

  • handful spinach

  • handful walnuts, raw and unsalted

  • water 


Directions:

  1. In a high-powered blender, add all ingredients until smoothie like. (I use a Vitamix Pro 750 series and blend for approx 1 minute on the smoothie setting).

  2. Pour into a shallow mug or bowl and top with your favourite ingredients. I love sliced strawberries, coconut and a touch of raw pine pollen.

  3. Enjoy!
